Session outline
Meta Skills are being introduced to all Modern Apprenticeship frameworks and assessors and lecturers need to have an understanding of how to explain them to apprentices, record their progress and ultimately assess them.
This re-fresher workshop is for all assessors and lecturers who support the apprentices in the following sectors: Automotive, Business & Administration, Construction, Hairdressing, Children and Young People, Health and Social Services, Spirit Operations, Trees and Timber, Veterinary Nursing.
Participants will:
- Learn how everyone is involved in supporting the apprentice to develop their Meta Skills.
- How to discuss and record it on the progress reviews
