Red button

UHI is committed to enhancing your student experience. Use the Red Button to let us know how we can improve our service, or to tell us what you like about your university!

The Red Button is an informal problem-resolution and feedback mechanism; The formal complaint process is different.

We are also unable to deal with Academic Appeals.

If your expectations have not been met we would encourage you to speak directly to staff at your academic partner first of all, so that we can address your concerns as quickly as possible.

If you don’t know who to contact - or would like to tell us something about your experience as a UHI student - then please complete the form below. You may also submit your enquiry in Gaelic if you wish using this alternative form.

British Sign Language (BSL)

BSL users can contact us via an online BSL/English interpreter through Contact Scotland. Contact details available here.
